Digital Watch Dog System for

Bin Full & Reject Confirmation

A universal retail kit to fit any manufactures metal detector, checkweigher or combination system regardless of the voltage of the reject system.

 All faults are shown on the screen above and audio/visual alarm to alert line supervises.

Features on a standard kit are as follows

1. Air low alarm - If the air supply is interrupted the system will alarm and shut down the machines transport system.
2. Bin full  - If the reject bin gets full the system will alarm and shut down the machines transport system. (bin full & reject confirm use same pec)
3. Reject confirmation fail - If the machine has a reject but does not enter the bin the system will alarm and shut down transport system. (reject confirmation & bin full use same pec)
4. Reject inhibit - Where available this will stop your reject system
5. Working - So to test your failsafe system
6. Reset key - All resets are key switches

Optional extras

1. Separate pec for bin full mounted half way down the bin
2. Back up pec this pec would alarm and stop the transport system when there is a back up of product
3. Interlock guarding the system can be integrated with your existing interlock system. So that when interlock is open the machine will alarm and stop the transport system.
4. Audio/visual alarm you will get a audio/visual alarm on every reject

Analogue Watch Dog System for

Bin Full & Reject Confirmation

This is a single machine system which constitutes an independent watchdog system that can be fitted to any manufacturer’s inspection system.

SYSTEM IN HEALTHY OPERATION

When the system has no fault condition the line will run as per a normal run

NO AIR TO LINE

If there is a fault/failure to the air supply the red audio/visual alarm will activate and stop the belts from running. This will not be able to be reset by the reset switch till the fault as been amended and air supply is reconnected

BIN FULL

If the reject bin is full of product or is blocked the red audio/visual alarm will activate and stop the belts from running. This will not be able to reset by the reset switch till the photocell has been cleared.

REJECT CONFIRMATION FAIL

If the system has a reject that fails to get rejected into the bin the red audio/visual alarm will activate, stopping the belts. This can be reset by the reset switch straight after. To test this operation hold the reject inhibited switch and pass down a reject pack. The reject pack will not be rejected and the pack will not break the photocell causing the system to go into failsafe mode.
